When you contact us, you may either identify a specific bike from the inventory page, or you may provide some information so that we can look for a bike to suit your needs. The following types of information about the recipient would be helpful: age, gender, type of Bike (Road, Mountain, Comfort, Hybrid, BMX, etc) or intended use of the bike. Note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific kind of bike at any time; however, we will try our best to satisfy all requests as soon as possible.
